New Trip suitcases come standard with a free one-year warranty from the date of purchase.

The "Warranty Extension Service" allows you to extend this warranty to two years for just 1,000 yen .
The warranty does not cover any malfunctions or damage caused by normal use (e.g., malfunctioning casters or handles).

We will repair or replace it free of charge .

We will respond quickly to any trouble that may arise, reducing the stress of your trip.

Please note: Extended Warranty Service can only be purchased once per product , and multiple purchases cannot extend the warranty period excessively.

Please send the item to the address provided, cash on delivery, and let us know the shipping number (tracking number).
