Q. How do I open and close the suitcase?
A. When you receive your item, please move the sliding part of the TSA lock, which houses the zipper hardware, toward the red arrow. Then, pull the released zipper handle along the zipper rail to open and close the bag.

Q. How do I pull out the telescopic carry bar?
A. While pressing the button in the center of the caliber, pull the bar out to its full length. Then, as needed, press the button and push the bar in to adjust the length.

Q. How do I set the lock combination?
A. Set a PIN number to prevent unauthorized opening of your luggage in case of mistaken or stolen luggage. 1. Set the dial to 0-0-0 (factory default lock number). 2. Slide the release part to release the zipper handle from the lock. 3. Use a sharp object such as a ballpoint pen to press the reset button on the right side of the dial until you hear a click. 4. Set the dial to your own PIN number. 5. Slide the release part until you hear a click.

Q. I've forgotten my lock code.
A. The factory default code is "0-0-0." When setting a PIN, we recommend that you choose a number that you are unlikely to forget and write it down somewhere.

Q. I don't have the key to insert into my TSA lock.
A. The TSA locks used on New Trip suitcases are combination locks. Please rest assured that they are not the type that customers need to unlock with a key. The round keyhole on the lock is for use by security inspectors.

Q. The interior zipper has caught on the fabric and won't move.
A. If you search online, you will find videos and other resources that explain how to improve the situation, so please check them out.

Q. What is the zipper in the center of the storage space for?
A. This zipper is used for repairs and maintenance in the event of a malfunction. Please do not open or close it during normal use, as it may cause unexpected injury or malfunction.

A. New Trip products are designed by our company, a Japanese company, and manufactured in our factory in China.

Q. What are the testing standards for New Trip suitcases?

Q. Can I bring a New Trip suitcase on board?
A. New Trip's "S-size" bag can be carried on board domestic and international aircraft with 100 or more seats. For smaller aircraft with fewer than 100 seats, regulations vary by airline, so please check the regulations of the airline you plan to use in advance.
Furthermore, even on aircraft with 100 or more seats, depending on the amount of storage space available on board and the level of passenger congestion, it may be necessary to check your luggage into the cargo hold.
