About Shipping

Shipping Fee

For orders under 2,000 yen, a shipping fee of 280 yen will be charged. For purchases over 2,000 yen, shipping is free. (Excluding Okinawa and remote islands. Due to distance, shipping fees for orders to Okinawa Prefecture and remote islands are a flat 2,000 yen.)

*Delivery is limited to within Japan. We cannot deliver to PO boxes or any other address where the purchased product may be forwarded from the specified delivery address.

With the exception of some products, you can specify the delivery date and time.
Delivery times: Morning (8:00-12:00) / 12:00-14:00 / 14:00-16:00 / 16:00-18:00 / 18:00-21:00
* If you specify a delivery date and time, there may be unavoidable delays due to natural disasters, bad weather, traffic conditions on the day, etc.
Unless otherwise specified, delivery will occur within 2-5 business days from the date of order.
(Excluding consecutive holidays, New Year's holidays, etc.)


Returns and Exchanges

In principle, we will accept returns and exchanges through the New Trip online store only if the product is unused and within 10 days of delivery.

If you would like to exchange your product, please contact our customer center via email within 10 days of receiving the product and return it to us.

We will cover the round-trip shipping costs for returns or exchanges due to reasons at our store (such as initial defects, incorrect items, or damaged items).

When returning or exchanging items for personal reasons ( such as size or color exchange) , the customer is responsible for the round-trip shipping costs.

Depending on the condition of the product you return, we may not be able to accommodate your request.
Please note that if you wish to exchange a product, we may not be able to accommodate your request depending on the product's stock status.
Returns and exchanges will not be accepted if any of the following conditions apply:

・If more than 10 days have passed since the product arrived*If the product was delivered to a delivery box, the delivery date will be the product arrival date.
・Made-to-order products, custom luggage orders ・Products with initials or hot stamping.
- If the item has been used (the product tag has been removed), or if there are signs of use after delivery (wrinkles, creases, scratches, stains, odors, marks on the coin purse or card slots, etc.)
If any part of the product or accessories are missing when you return it, please return the warranty card if it is included with the product.
After checking the condition of the returned product, we will process the return or exchange.

Refunds will be made to the customer using the same payment method as the original purchase.
After confirming your inquiry, our customer center will contact you again regarding how to return, exchange, or receive a refund for the product.
