About Shipping

Shipping Fees

The following shipping fees will be charged depending on the total amount of your order and the shipping region:

  • For orders less than 2,000 yen (including tax):

    • Nationwide flat rate: 280 yen

  • For orders of 2,000 yen (including tax) or more:

    • Hokkaido/Kyushu: 500 yen

    • Okinawa Prefecture: 2,000 yen

    • Other regions: Free shipping

*Shipping is limited to within Japan. Post office boxes and shipping addresses where purchased products may be transferred from the designated delivery address are not allowed.

Except for some products, you can specify the delivery date and time.
Delivery time slots: Morning (8:00 AM - 12:00 PM) / 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM / 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM / 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM / 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM
* If you specify the delivery date and time, delays may occur due to unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters, inclement weather, or traffic conditions on the day.
If you do not specify a delivery date and time, delivery will be made within 2 to 5 business days from the order date.
(Excluding long holidays, New Year holidays, etc.)


About Returns and Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with the product upon receipt, or if there is an initial defect or other problem, please contact customer support (newtrip1021@gmail.com) . Our staff will promptly handle returns, exchanges, and other requests responsibly.

For returns and exchanges due to our company's reasons (initial defects, wrong product, product damage, etc.), we will bear the round-trip shipping fee.

For returns and exchanges due to customer's reasons (size exchange, color exchange, etc. ), customers will be responsible for the round-trip shipping fee.

Depending on the condition of the product returned, we may not be able to meet your request.
Also, if you wish to exchange a product, please note that we may not be able to meet your request due to product stock availability.
Returns and exchanges will be refused if any of the following apply:

・Made-to-order products, custom luggage orders
・Products with initialing or hot stamping.
・If the product has been used (product tag removed), or if there are signs of use after delivery (wrinkles, creases, scratches, dirt, odors, marks on coin cases or card slots, etc.)
・If a part of the product or accessories are missing when returned. For products that include a warranty, please also return the warranty documents.
After confirming the condition of the returned product, we will proceed with the return/exchange process.

Refunds will be issued to customers who purchased the product using the same payment method as at the time of purchase.
After confirming your inquiry, our customer service center will guide you again on how to return/exchange the product and how to get a refund.
