1. Overview of the Extended Warranty

Eligible products : New Trip and Monomi brand suitcases (purchased from the official online store)

Standard warranty : 1 year free warranty from the date of purchase

Extended warranty : The warranty period can be extended to 2 years for an additional 1,000 yen.

Purchase conditions : You can purchase this coupon on the official website at the time of purchasing the suitcase or within 30 days of purchase. (Limited to one time per product)

Applicable areas : Japan only 

2. Warranty details

Covered by the warranty : Damage to casters, handles, zippers, TSA locks, etc. caused by everyday use

guarantee Not applicable :

× Damage caused by dropping or fire

× Damage caused by improper use

× Wear and tear due to daily use

× Damage caused by the airline (claim must be made with the airline)

Warranty Start Date :

Valid from the date of purchase of the suitcase.
(Example: If you purchase a suitcase and extended warranty on March 20, 2025, the warranty period will end on March 20, 2027.)

3. Warranty response process

1. Application :

Please have your suitcase order number and a photo of the damage ready.

3. Return :

Please send the suitcase "cash on delivery".
After shipping, please let us know the shipping number.

Repaired or replacement products will be shipped within 3 business days of receiving the product.

4. Cost

In case of a manufacturing defect within the warranty period:
We will cover all exchange costs and return shipping costs.

Out of warranty:
We cannot provide this service free of charge.
