Monomi suitcase

Monomi is a sub-brand of New Trip, specializing in suitcases and travel backpacks.

As a Japanese brand, Monomi incorporates unique Japanese sensibilities and trendy beauty into its product designs, combining them with practicality, making it a popular choice among young customers.

MONOMI offers suitcases, backpacks and caster covers.
The suitcases are numbered 0801 and 0802.

The 0801 features an expandable function, and the small size is carry-on compatible. It's made of durable ASB and PC materials, features ultra-quiet casters and a three-position adjustable carry bar, a YKK zipper, and a TSA lock. It comes with a one-year warranty.
The 0802 features durable ASB+PC material, a drink holder with a stopper, and a hidden hook. It also features a YKK zipper and TSA lock. It comes with a one-year warranty. The small size is suitable for carry-on luggage.

The product warranty period is one year from the date of delivery. For details on the warranty, please refer to the "Product Warranty" section in the instruction manual or the "Product Warranty & Aftercare" section on the customer website. We also explain what happens after the warranty period expires. Furthermore, this product warranty does not cover deformation, cracks, damage to the unit, scratches, wear, or other damage caused by improper use, misoperation, or external forces (such as transportation or handling by the airline).

We are very sorry, but we do not accept returns for reasons of customer convenience.

However, we will exchange the product for the following reasons:
・If the product is defective upon delivery, the size, color, or quantity is incorrect, or there is any other defect due to our negligence, please contact us within 10 days of receiving the product. Please note that if you do not contact us within 10 days of receiving the product, we may not be able to accept your application.

When returning a product, please make sure it is returned in the original packaging.
