Surprisingly, fatigue from traveling comes not from physical strength but from the quality of your equipment.
As I experienced
Rough and wobbly handle
・The center of gravity is unstable and the unit is prone to tipping over
Repeated hand-holding action
・The burden is concentrated on one hand, causing pain in the shoulders and arms
These were definitely causes of fatigue during long distance travel .
Also, if the bag is shallow or difficult to open,
・Luggage is unevenly distributed
Difficult to put in and take out
- Small stresses of traveling, such as difficulty in organizing, can add up.
In other words,
"Travel fatigue" does not come from the distance walked, but from the quality of the equipment .
After realizing this, I started to seriously look for a proper suitcase.
